If there is one item that is used more than anything it's my air fryer or as like to call it "The kid can use it all by himself so I don't have to cook machine." On a serious note, if you have a school age kid thats remote learning you have to get one. Theres no need to pre heat the oven again. It's great for making French fries, heating up various foods and its the best for heating up the vegan croissants from Whole Foods Market. Yes I repeat "vegan croissants at whole foods." Anyway on to these recipes.

I've used a few air fryers over the last few years and the Philips Digital Twin XXL Turbostar is hands down the best one I've used. It's a little expensive but well worth it. It's durable, large, and overall has great results. I've used a few others because I wanted to find something with a less bulky look but they never perform as well as this one. The food is always perfectly crispy and evenly cooked and you can prepare a lot of food at once.
