I can't really claim this as recipe.........We'll just say It's more of a meal idea. I started making toasted coconut cereal a few years ago when I wanted a healthy alternative to eating traditional cereal. Toasted coconut makes a delicious alternative. It's healthy, delicious and easy. All you need is toasted coconut (sweetened or unsweetend, whatever you prefer), your favorite non-dairy milk. I usually use homemade sweetened vanilla hemp seed milk and fresh berries. That's it
